I'm experiencing the same issue - 1Gb service with Hub4 and I get 1144mbps into router and 383mbps into device (MSI laptop with killer ethernet port connected with brand new CAT7 ethernet cable).

Sounds like the Hub5 fixed the issue. I've been told they're out of stock and to await an email but I have no indication of if and when they will become available. I may just have to push it through a new ASUS WIFI6 router.

    Thanks for posting your speeds like Paul asked in his previous message, I can see why you're underwhelmed with it!

    Can I ask if that speed test was done via WIFI or wired connection please?
