Random Disconnection from internet

Hi

Have issue that every so often the internet losses for around 15 seconds. Everything stays connected wifi/lan but internet is lost. This happens both in router or modem mode. Every time it happens i get the following error on the hubs log:-

    And its back once again

    Internet is once again just randomly cutting out for 15sec to a few minutes randomly. Same errors as before.

    This issue has now been going on for over 3 months. Had a booster installed and there are 3  attenuator's on the router input. 

    Can this issue be sorted once and for all ?
