I had a call from a person in networks this afternoon, he has acknowledged the fault and given me a reference number. We had a decent chat, he said it is a widespread issue and may be national for RFoG installs and not just my area, and he's getting the right people involved.
Team Virgin - since I have a fault number, will I receive partial credit on to my bill?

Hi there ChrisFD2
Thank you so much for reaching back out and we are so glad to hear that you have been able to speak to the team.
We do offer an automatic credit for complete loss of services that exceed 48 hours, you can read more about this here.
Or if your situation does not match the criteria then we can raise a complaint for you, please do let us know.

I don't think missing ~20-25 Mbps upload is enough to warrant a complaint if I'm honest, it would however be good if Virgin Media agreed that I am not getting the full service as advertised and compensated my bill accordingly.

The process to asses any credits on an account would be to raise a complaint first so we can address this.
I'd be more than happy to raise one with you if you would like, please do let me know and we can chat via a PM to get something sorted.
