Hello @Alex_RM,
Thank you for your response. The issue persists. I run a test through VM connect with 12Mbps download speed and yet no redirect to order a pod. I tried to call customer service last week and I was promised a call back on Thursday which never happened. I tried to call back and all I get are texts with links about wifi problems. No prompt to order a pod which is what I need. I am on data on half of the house. If you can not provide what you advertise and you receive money for a service you can not provide I might as well go to a different company if I don’t get a pod and be able to access the internet with my broadband without hotspotting from my phone.

The can be qiute hard to do on the app. Hope u get it sorted as they seem not to make things simple or update there site full on the info like other isps i have been with
