Internet bad months after "cooling off period"

Hello. So between the time I got my Internet with VM installed and working to the end of the "cooling off period" my Internet was great. Now it's been months since I got my services at my new addres...

    Your up qam levels should all be 64 - but 4of them  have dropped to 32.

    Switch the Hub of for 5 minutes - then switch it back on and see if they return to 64.  If they don't then you will need a Tech visit to investigate
