Hi 

I wonder if this is why my netgear rs200 wifi7 router wouldn't work when the hub6 was in  modem mode and it was connected to the 2.5g port. Surely virgin should be getting this sorted and get an update scheduled immediately but then again it's been since 2024.

I wonder what their playing at

Hub 6 ????

I know of Hub 5 for Gig via Co-ax & Hub 5x which is the full fibre to the home, version for 2 Gig.

As someone else has suggested it may be worth checking if you can disable EEE for the Wan port. Cant find any information about this in the manual for the Nighthawk AX120 or your RS200

    Hi 

    Sorry I was referring to the hub 5 for 1gig (don't know where hub6 came from). The settings are quite locked down on the netgear rs200 series I don't think you can turn off EEE. That must be the issue because it worked when I had my rax500 nighthawk router and that was before this update. 

    As I have suggested surely virgin need to get this fixed
