1gig but speed not going above 100mbps
hi there seems to be a problem with the speed for the last month or so it don't seem to go above 100mbps even though i have 1gig. i even reset the hub 5 to see if that would fix the problem but still...

"we are not in contract with virgin anymore" do you mean you have cancelled your VM contract? If your contract has reach the end of its 12, 18 or 24 month period you are automatically put on a 1 month rolling contract. Your contract with VM only ends if you cancel it.
