We're sorry to hear you're having an issue logging in to the Connect App. As mentioned by Client62, the Connect App and My VM use the same log in details. We first need to establish if this is an account issue or a Connect App issue.
Are you able to log in to My VM using the same details you're trying to log in to Connect App?
