Services not available at my flat

I've used virgin broadband at my flat          10+ years ago and now wanted to rejoin. But its showing as "not available" at my flat. However, it shows it is available for other flats within the same building. I've filled in an online form, but have still not received a callback. 

Can you please help ASAP with this.

    This can take up to 14 working days sometimes a little longer, has it been longer than that?
