Quite a few people are in the same situation, me included. Looks like Yodel has messed up and hasn't been able to cope with the demand and virgin isn't informing customers about the real situation. Keep chasing customer service, some people have been able to book engineer installation but with weekend coming up it might be well into next week by which time the delivery situation will have improved as virgin can't afford to keep it like that as they have to pay compensation for each day's delay.
