Not received my contract email

Hi,

I signed up to broadband last Wednesday (22nd October) but haven’t received the email with my contract and so don’t have an account number. The only emails I received was the order confirmation and pre-contract documents. The stated delivery date on the email (25th October) has also been missed with no communication from Virgin.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
