New splitter cable

Hi all, I’m looking to get a longer splitter cable but not sure how to go about it. Any ideas?

Hi, I posted almost a week ago to request info on a longer splitter cable. I was told that I need an engineer visit and one of the VM team would be in touch in a few days  to arrange this. I’ve not heard anything yet, how long does it usually take?

    Hi Swinola,

    Thank you for reaching back out, apologies for the delay in getting to you, we can send an engineer to relocate/ add a longer cable, this is classed as a call out and is charged as a one off £25 which goes on the following bill, as advised earlier we can also send 5, 10 or 15 metre cable so you can do this yourself with no charge.
