ah I see, thanks for added info, before its usually done it when getting new modem and whatnot or going from modem to router mode from what I remember.

My last monitor I created 16/01/2022

Can you please confirm how the service is currently performing since the new offering of an IP address, has there been any change in the standard of service?

Do you have a new monitor running that itemises the same level of packet loss?

    This is what it has been like for several days

    Constant spikes at the top but it was doing that before the switch as well.

      Hi alphaomega16

      Thanks for posting your BQM graph. 

      Aside from the small percentage of packet loss during the day, your BQM looks excellent. There's very minimal latency.

      I've had a look at fresh specs on our side and we can see an average of 0.02% packet loss which we'd say is normal.

      Are you experiencing any issues with your connection or speeds at all and have how things been this weekend?
