Installation

Hi, I'm due to get my broadband installed today. I ordered this 2 months ago but haven't heard anything since. Is this normal? My app still says it will be installed today but I'm finding it strang...

    You could call the Installations number 0800 052 1734 to ask what's going on.

    But the external part of the VM installation is notorious for being delayed, so if you have an existing broadband connection don't cancel it yet.

Is there an existing Virginmedia cable from the road, with a VM connection box on your house? If not it won't be connected today.

I don't think so. They were meant to do pre-installation yesterday but I don't think that was done. There was a virgin media van in the road for about 20 minutes but I don't think they attached anything to my house.
