Installation - issues self install
I ordered virgin media broadband and while setting up i could not install it.Upon researching,i have found out that it is not compatible with open reach..What should i do now?I am confused.

If you ordered a quick start VM installation - then they know the property has had a VM service previously. Its possible the internal cables have been removed when OR came in.
Call the Pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734 and book a Tech install
