Hub4 Flashing blue light

A free hub4 arrived today but no mater what I try I can't get it to connect and it just has a flashing blue light. The hub3 it replaced was working great so just unplugged the cables and swapped them...

Sorry to hear of the activation issue with the new Router, we can see this was resolved via engineer visit.
