Sorry to hear you are still receiving paper bills.
Can you check your 👉 online account to see if your settings are as they should be?
If not, you can switch to e-billing by following the below:
• Click on the Settings tile.
• Click on Account Details.
• Scroll to Communication Preference and click Edit.
• Select "eBills, email, text" from the dropdown menu.
• Click Update.
