This happens so frequently that it can only be considered a deliberate policy.
The amounts charged are wrong, always too much and never too little. The actual price is often confused because the contract shows one price but you are told verbally there will be a credit amount each month - that doesn't actually happen.
There is no way to speak to an individual who can correct the charges. They make it so frustrating and time consuming that you are faced with just giving up and letting them take your money.
