Unable to switch to e-billing
Unable to switch to e-billing on desktop website, unable to switch on app, unable to reach a human to talk to when calling Virgin Media.
Before I get incorrect "help", please read the following:
1. These instructions DO NOT WORK and do not exist on the current VM profile:
2. My Settings>contact preferences are already "email/text message/phone call/post", it has been this way for at least 3 months and I've gotten e-billing in that time.
3. When I call about billing, the phone menu assistant takes me through the menu and ends up dropping the call without letting me speak to a human.
