Thanks for reaching out. I can sign in but no account information shows up. When I try to use VM Connect, it tells me that the account is inactive or closed. When I originally signed up for virgin media, there was an issue with externally connecting my property. Tried again a month later when I was told the issue was resolved. Different external issue. Third time of trying everything connected. Result of this was different account numbers so I believe my online access is stuck with the first account number when it needs to be the third one.
