Unable to log into my Virgin Media ONLINE account

I have the same issue - could you help?

Sorry to hear of the issues you've been experiencing with our services, and in particular the online account we offer to customers to help manage their services.

Whilst we appreciate you've tagged onto another post, we would encourage users to create their own post so we understand the full extent of their individual issue and the methods they have attempted to resolve the issue at hand.

Can you please confirm what happens when you try to register for your self-care account?

    Thanks for reaching out. I can sign in but no account information shows up. When I try to use VM Connect, it tells me that the account is inactive or closed. When I originally signed up for virgin media, there was an issue with externally connecting my property. Tried again a month later when I was told the issue was resolved. Different external issue. Third time of trying everything connected. Result of this was different account numbers so I believe my online access is stuck with the first account number when it needs to be the third one.
