Unable to access my bills

I'm unable to access my bills. I go from Account Settings to Billing - but that only takes me to Help and Support. If I click on View Bills, it takes me back to Help and Support, and so it goes, in a...

Welcome to the community forums. 

Sorry to hear you're having issues access your billing from your online account. Can you confirm, is this issue on the website or through the My Virgin Media app? Do you get the same issue on both when you try?
