Thanks for getting back to us, we would not be able to answer any questions relating to your account publicly nor without passing data protection. we can only advise publicly that this is what was instructed to be done when the channel broadcasters/ providers advised that it is now a subscription service, we also sent out communication to customers advising of this and if you wished to retain TNT Sports to reach out to us. If you wish to continue the conversation, I have sent you a private message, any disputes regarding the actual subscription service and the charges you would need to refer to TNT Sports.
