Switched to Vodafone using the OTS service

Switched to Vodafone using the OTS switching service.

Switch date was 14th November, new service up and running fine.

Virgin disconnection seems to have gone wrong, advisor is blaming Vodafone. Vodafone say everything went fine their end and blaming Virgin.

 

Any help much appreciated, don't want to be paying any extra bills for vrigin.

    Welcome to the community forum! Thanks for posting. 

    Sorry to hear about these issues with your disconnection via a one touch switch. Usually when the work orders for these are processed, they are completely out of our control - as the disconnection date and switching information is set via your new provider. 

    We'd need to take a closer look at the account to see what's happened, and help offer further support.
