We're sorry to hear there's been some confusion around your upgrade to 360. Whilst it's possible for you to do this at home yourself, you will not be able to only upgrade one of the V6 boxes. It's an all or nothing situation I'm afraid. Once the remotes are confirmed as delivered, the upgrade would be processed on the boxes automatically.
This is something we can certainly look in to for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security.
I have sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. If you are using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. If you are on a mobile/tablet device then instead click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊

I would like help with the same problem.
Decided to try the 360 upgrade a couple of hours ago but the introductory video mentioned that all the saved content and series links will be lost. If I had known this I would never have gone down the route of upgrading.
Is it possible to cancel the upgrade before the new remote gets sent out?
