Tried everything deleted app reinstalled and reset password and still getting error Apologises can load page at the moment [Mod - Fault ticket for issue = F012041605]

Same issue, tried everything I could think of, different browsers, cleared caches, restarted laptop, uninstalled and resintalled app, still getting this "Sorry, there was an error processing your login request (err_unknown)."

Still can’t connect an hour later. Not helping convince me to renew my VM contract.

Same issues. I couldn't be home to watch the game today, so relying on logging in via the Sky Sports app. Have missed half the game already. Not happy..

Game finished…now I can login, no problems…pay for the sport legit & can’t watch, wonder why I bother when we are treated like this

Same issue today, can't log in on Macbook on any browser, Chrome/Firefox/Safari. Get message: Login Error. Sorry, there was an error processing your login request (err_unknown).
