Said 'Hi' on WhatApp at least times and still nothing

Been moved to a WhatsApp chat at least 4 times to discuss my new billing after agreeing to make changes on my contract, V6 to 360 as such. But I am getting no response. What's going on?

Tell me about it. Doesn't seen to be any work ethic at these overseas call centres.
