We're sorry to hear you have decided to leave us although we understand you need to do what's right for you.
Returning the equipment is required but how you do that is up to you. If using the returns pack, this would need to be done via a Yodel Store.
If you're closer to an O2 store, then no need to use the returns pack. Just take the equipment to the Store and they'll process the return there instead. They will give you a receipt for the return too.
