Returned equipment to o2 - no confirmation

Hello. I returned my virgin equipment back to the o2 store, 2 weeks ago. 
There has been no confirmation from virgin and my deadline date is in 2 days when I'm about to be charged. What should I do ? I have the o2 receipt for the return.

    Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your equipment return. 

    It can take up to 10 days once the equipment reaches us to be processed. If you have returned the equipment, please don't worry as you should not be charged for it, if you are, please come back to us here and we'll be able to look into removing any charges.
