What, how?
It was showing for months. Plus why would being able to add, add ons be showing in error? That literally makes no sense.
We are always updating our packages to include more adds on then ever.
Which add on are you trying to add?

I'm not. I want to know why my renewal deal isn't there any more, plus why I can't make changed to my package online like I could previously.

What do you mean why is this happening?
This will just be the route you need to take, you will get the same deals on the chat to us part of the renewal than you would if you did it online.

I had an online renewal of £89 sat on my account for months. I didn't accept it at the time because even though I was out of contract, I still had a discount.
I could also go to change package and add, add ons like Sky Sports UHD.
Both of these things are now not possible, it directs me to chat to someone online.
I'm not though, I'm speaking to someone on WhatsApp that's offered me an awful deal of £133pm month to keep what I have now, even though I was paying £86pm which has gone up to £111pm.
The renewal offer that I now can't reach was £89pm.

All offers have a shelf life and may change, as you left it sat there it would have expired, we will be more than happy to look into this for you however we cannot guarantee this would be a lower price than recently offered, Ia have sent you an invite into a private chat, please look out for a white envelope to accept.
