Thanks for posting in regards to the contract issues when renewing and the name changing on your account, we appreciate the confusion this has caused and for you taking the time to raise it via the forums.
If you have renewed online or over the phone, a contract wouldn't renew in a different name unless the account was closed and new one open in the new name. We can see you have spoken to the team, what did they advise during the call?
In relation to the email and online account issues, what happens when you try to access these? Do you get any error messages? Is it across all devices?
