Remittance advice cheque expired

Hi folks, I've got a similar issue and stumbled upon this thread. Would be great if someone could tell me how to get a cheque re-issued please. Thanks, Jeroen

    Thanks for confirming that for us. This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security. 

    I have sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. If you are using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. If you are on a mobile/tablet device then instead click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊

Thanks for posting on the forums in regards to a cheque and getting this reissued. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know and welcome to the community.

 

Can you confirm if the cheque was in relation to a credit balance at the end of a contract or for another reason? When was the cheque originally issued to you? Let us know and we can send you a Private Message to look into this further.

I am not sure what it was for. It was issued to me on the 24th of august 2022.

      Hello

      Stop me if you’ve heard this one before, but I’ve just found an old, uncashed cheque too. Like Umar, I can’t remember what it was for, and I’m slightly ashamed to win the tardy prize with a cheque from 2020. Can you help?

        Hello JC1967 

        Thanks for your post and welcome to our community.

        We won't stop you at all as we can take a look into this for you.

        So the cheque will have been from a credit left on your media account when you left us back in 2020.

        We do allow a certain before the cheque expires.

        What I can do though is send you a private message to take some details and see whats what on your account.

        If you can check your logo at the top right of your screen that would be great.
