Re: Unresolved app issue

Can anyone help , I have recently moved house and all of my equipment installed in the new property , however when i try and activate my VM Connect App I just keep going around in an endless circle trying to  verify my details and then I end up locked out .I have 3 email addresses but I do not have any idea which is registered as my VM I.D so I cannot use the app.Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

    I cannot access my VM Connect App as I do not know any log in details(email addresses/Passwords etc),they have all got lost ....Help

      Sorry to hear that you are experiencing some issues with the Connect App. I'd love to assist further.

      You need to sign in with a Virgin Media account and log in using your My Virgin Media details.

      If you do not recall any of your details, I will pop you a PM so we can take a closer look into this.

        Ayisha , You have been emailing me for over a week and we are still no nearer a resolution ,I have told you I have 3 possible email addresses and you have asked me to choose one ...If I choose one and it's wrong then where do we go? , choose another  then another , at this rate we'll still be at it next week

    If you click on the forgotten email address link on the sign in page and enter the requested details you should be able to find it.

      That isn't working , it seems the email address i used is one I can no longer access, I have now been locked out for the 4th day running
