Re: Cannot link Virgin Media account to new VM O2 id
Been trying to resolve this for a week now. I fear I might die of old age before I can access my Virgin Media account again.

Thanks for the update on this Malc99, we do understand your concerns as well as urgency and working on this to get resolved for you. It is a little tricky and we are pushing our IT team on this, please be a little more patient with us.
