i have the same issue. I have cleared the cache but this makes no difference. I have tried this on Windows PC, iPhone, and iPad. I have used a browser and the iPhone app - all to no effect.

Sorry to hear you're also experiencing issues logging into your online account, we appreciate you raising this via the forums and welcome to the community.
When you try to access it via the Windows PC, are you trying here? What browser are you using? Do you have an alternate browser to try? Can you also try alternate browsers via the iPhone and iPad?

Yes I am trying 'There' and nothing happens. The site is completely frozen. The correct pages appear and you input your details, etc., and then click but the site remains frozen. It was fine yesterday when I used my e-mail. Today, I haven't even been able to find out if there is any work being undertaken that might have caused this. I have yet to find out if my TV even works. The phone seems to be OK (so far anyway!) What on earth is happening to Virgin lately? Their customer service is getting worse and worse. I daren't even try and phone them as nobody seems able to understand what you're on about! It's a waste of time!

Sorry to hear you're unable to access your online account. And for any inconvenience this may be causing you. Are your receiving any error messages? Have you ensured all cookies are enabled?

No error messages. We keep telling you, the site is just frozen. Nothing happens when you input details and click.

So have I. The whole Virgin Media site is frozen. I can't log in to my account, e-mail or even try to input my details; account no. etc., as the site is frozen.
