No Netflix available 🤷
Odd when i do this i can see it
i signed in to my account then scroll down to this
Then click on Entertainment Services got this
ur see it says for me to do the following To add Netflix to Stream from Virgin Media, head back, select My Package, then Stream.
For Virgin TV 360 or TiVo, chat with us to add it.
i already have the tv ??
But it says to go to stream on the my package page but not see it
So VM Staff is it a bug on the system site again like the others i have seen???

If not happy then please raise a formal complaint via the website.
As then u are dealing with more higher up team members
I have not yet had to full do it with vm touch would.
