Netflix account suspended as Virgin no longer set as payment option.

Hi, in March 2023 once I agreed to a new contract Netflix become part of my bundle.  I recently moved house, same day as service was disconnected from my previous address I got an email from VirginM...

    Odd when i do this i can see it 

    i signed in to my account then scroll down to this

     Then click on Entertainment Services got this

     

    ur see it says for me to do the following To add Netflix to Stream from Virgin Media, head back, select My Package, then Stream.

    For Virgin TV 360 or TiVo, chat with us to add it.

    i already have the tv ?? 


    But it says to go to stream on the my package page but not see it

     

    So VM Staff is it a bug on the system site again like the others i have seen???
