Need some help
Where do I start
I received my virgin media Internet today, shortly after setting it up I tried to access my account, I then got an error saying
Oops, looks like something's gone wrong on our side.
Please try again
anyway, I did a couple of times, and so I tried logging in online, I tried the virgin media app, I tried the connect app and yet all of it said the same, I’m really stuck on what to do please help
