You need VM to carry out modifications to the wiring and provide the correct cable and components. The fee should be £25 for a non-fault call out.
However, VM tech's won't go under floors etc. to hide cables. If you want that doing you need to put in some conduit first of all with a pull rope so the VM tech can just pull in the necessary cables to where you want them.
