I am so sorry that you have not yet heard back in regards to this credit, this is handled by Aklamio rather than ourselves so we cannot chase this for you. You can read up on how to chase your credit referral and what is needed in order for the credit to be applied online here, but just so you are aware you can also call the team on 020 4586 6000 or you can pop them email to virgin-media@aklamio.com.
