Issues switching to ebilling

Hi, I have followed the instructions to switch to ebilling but am unable to do so. I see that this problem has been raised many times before. Please can someone help. I am being charged for a paper bill even though I have switched to DD. Thanks.

      Hi Forum Team,

Rather than starting yet another thread asking for help with eBilling, hope it's ok to request here - I need the same please! I don't know why this is so complicated... I had to take over the account due to bereavement, set up Direct Debit straight away with no changes to package, yet I'm charged for an extra I didn't request... and then Virgin Media have the audacity to say 'Switching to eBilling is quick and easy' on the paper bills I don't want, despite the 'Help' page on the topic being complete rubbish. If it can't currently be done by customers, update the Help page to say 'contact us' (directly - the chatbot was equally useless on the matter!).

Sorry for the rant, this is just incredibly frustrating.

  • Hello,
I've followed the instructions to switch to eBilling, but it hasn't worked. I'm still being charged for paper bills even though I've switched to direct debit. Has anyone else faced this issue and found a solution?

    Best regards,
    David Scott
