Yesterday approx 11am I agreed to £46. Shortly after the call I recieved an email with a correct looking contract.
The advisor told me to also call the tech team to see if hub5 was available to me. I did this at approx 1pm, and they asked to run a test, after which they said they would send me a hub5 at no additional cost.
Then at approx 4pm I recieved a new email saying my bill next bill would be £147 and future bills would be £91.
