They will ensure that you're on the best possible deal for your package. If there are no available deals suitable for you at this time, the team will be able to advise the next options for you.
If you were to leave and then re-join a month later, you would not be eligible for a new customer deals and would be offered the deals that would be available to you as an existing customer in April.
If you waited three months you would be treated as a newbie.
