How do i downgrade my package online?
I'm out of contract, is there a way to downgrade my and remove stuff from my package online or do I have to call? You seem to be able to upgrade online and cancel online but no downgrade.

Unfortunately no, you cannot downgrade online.
Well that stinks. Surely if you can upgrade you should be able to downgrade in this day and age.
