i have complained3 times about the Xbox I was supposed to get in November last year , I got an email last week to say my Xbox was being delivered within 72 hours it’s now been a week and still no sign or it the number for them doesn’t work so I can’t contact them can you send me the contact number please

no I wasn’t given a tracking number I can send the screenshot of the email if that helps I still haven’t received it neither I’m not sure what else to do I’ve tried ringing them but the number doesn’t ring
