Contract

Having started a new contract in December 2024 direct with Virgin for a TV/Broadband/Telephone at a package price of £82.

Having just upgraded my wife's phone at an o2 shop and was asked about my Virgin TV/Broadband/Telephone package and was told if I had upgraded my Package via the o2 shop I would have received the same for £48. Can someone from Virgin please explain why such a big price difference.

    We're sorry to hear you've been told this. At the store, they will have some new customer offers. As an existing customer, you'd not be eligible for these. Although they may not always be available to existing customers, that doesn't mean that you miss out once you've joined us. We often have offers and special deals on our services, or one-off promotions to make sure you carry on getting the value you'd expect.
