Contract Information & Contract Summary

Today I was emailed Contract Information and Contract Summary sheets - I was, in fact, sent two versions of each, same details but different numbers!
Can someone please advise what I am supposed to do with this?
There appears to be no 'Approve' button in the Contract PDF and hitting reply will send it to the web team.

  • Why is it that telephone customer support cannot reference a contract summary number obtained with an online renewal? 
    would make the process simple. 
    This is my order reference: XS1000894155

  • Hi many thanks for your reply. 

    I applied on 22/10. I have the contract summary also. The deal is still available online. So I can’t see why virgin will not honour the deal. 

  • Thank you for acknowledging that there is no approve button .  I renewed via the myvirginmedia app and got the contract summary. Now virgin say that they have no record of it!! Even though the same renewal offer is available on the app still!

      Welcome to the Community Forums. 

      Sorry to hear of your concerns with a renewal deal you applied for that is not showing on the account yet. 
      It can take up to 14 days for an online deal to be processed and applied to the account. Can we ask when you applied for the renewal deal?

    I'm so sorry to see the confusion with the contract summary sheet. 😢
    In general there isn't an approve button, it's to show what the summary is for and the agent is the one who you agree with.

    I will look in to this for you and assist further on the matter. 🧾
