Complaint

Hi

I am looking for an email address for a complaints department. I have tried the web form and have not heard anything.

We placed an order in November and still waiting for services as civils are needed and the date just keeps being moved! No contact since so getting pretty fed up as we cancelled our TV services mid December so have had just streaming services since then.

        Sorry to hear about your delayed installation, we appreciate this must be frustrating! We have a dedicated Pre-install team who offer support with these kinds of cases. You can reach them via 📞0800 052 1734 . 

        We are a little limited with what support we can provide for pre-install issues via this platform, but we can raise a complaint and assign it to the pre-install team, or ensure that your installation is cancelled if you are looking to go this route.
