Charged an extra £17 for imaginary changes to my package

I'm on the M125 broadband and I have a discount because there's no way I'll be paying "full price" for this service. I am normally charged £51 and have a £25 discount so pay £26 a month. On my latest...

Absolutely no help even though this was 2 weeks ago. I am leaving this awful service.

Apologies tomcass240, did you receive any Private Messages from my colleague at all in regards to this?

 

Have you also been able to view the bill details and breakdown here for more information on the increase? Has a promotional discount expired on the contract?
