Very disappointed that your not able to to deduct £7 from the direct debit so that I'm not being discriminated against . The fact you are trying to force loyal customers to accept worse deals is disgusting . I'm going to be making complaints to offcom about this .

This deal is atrocious that's so much worse than 1gig for a new customer how do you justify such rip off prices ?
